Acceptable Use Policy — AI Generated Content

ImageFk.com (“Platform,” “we,” “us”) is committed to providing safe, lawful, and responsible AI content generation services. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs all content generated, published, distributed, or stored through the Platform, and sets out our content standards, moderation practices, reporting process, and enforcement measures. All users must comply with this Policy.
Six prohibited generation categories (must not be generated): (1) Sexual / NSFW; (2) Violence / gore; (3) Hate speech; (4) CSAM; (5) Deepfakes / impersonation of others; (6) Copyright / trademark infringement.
This Policy complements our Terms of Service. In case of conflict on content safety, this AUP controls for AI-generated content rules.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all content created, uploaded, generated, published, distributed, or stored through ImageFk.com, including:
- Text: AI-generated text, scripts, prompts, dialogue, and related written output
- Images: AI-generated or edited images, illustrations, and photo animations
- Audio / Video: AI-synthesized speech, music, video clips, Text to Video, Image to Video, Animate Photo, and similar outputs
- User input (Prompts): Text prompts, uploaded reference images, and instructions submitted by users
2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
ImageFk.com expressly prohibits using the Service to generate any of the following six categories of content:
- Sexual / NSFW content — nudity, pornography, erotic content, sexually suggestive material, or other adult sexual content
- Violence / gore — graphic violence, extreme gore, or content that glorifies severe physical harm
- Hate speech — content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, including fictional depictions
- Deepfakes / impersonation of others — face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content; non-consensual likeness use; impersonating a real person, brand, or organization; or creating deceptive synthetic media of real individuals without authorization
- Copyright / trademark infringement — content that infringes intellectual property, trademarks, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights
2.1 Absolute Prohibitions — Zero Tolerance
The following will be actioned immediately upon discovery, and we reserve the right to report to competent authorities:
- CSAM or any sexual content involving minors
- Content that promotes or assists terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
- Guidance for producing weapons of mass destruction
- Content that incites genocide or ethnic hatred
- Non-consensual deepfake sexual content of real individuals
- Any other content that is illegal under applicable law
2.2 Strictly Restricted
- Violence: only where there is a clear creative, educational, or documentary context that does not glorify real-world harm
- Politically sensitive or misleading content: content that may mislead the public about real events or persons
- Medical / legal / financial advice: must not be presented as professional advice and must comply with local regulations
Note: Adult / NSFW content is not permitted on ImageFk.com, even with age verification. It remains fully prohibited under Category 1 above.
2.3 Other Prohibited Conduct
- Generating or spreading false information, rumors, or deceptive synthetic media
- Impersonating real individuals, brands, or institutions
- Infringing intellectual property, portrait, privacy, or publicity rights
- Passing off AI-generated content as human-created in order to deceive others
- Bulk generation of spam or fraudulent content
- Jailbreak prompts or other attempts to bypass safety or moderation controls
3. Content Moderation
ImageFk.com uses a layered moderation system: automated screening, human review of flagged reports, and periodic sampling.
3.1 Automated Moderation (Real-Time)
- Input filtering: user prompts and uploads are screened for keywords, semantic risk, and policy intent before generation
- Output filtering: generated images and videos are subject to safety checks where available from our models and moderation pipeline
- Usage pattern analysis: abnormal generation patterns may be rate-limited or blocked
- Safety tooling: Waffo Prompt Sift (pre-generation prompt screening) and provider safety filters
3.2 Human Review
- Automatically flagged content may be queued for manual review
- User reports are reviewed by our trust & safety / support team
- Reviewers act under confidentiality and content-safety standards
3.3 Periodic Sampling
- We periodically sample generations to assess moderation accuracy
- We improve filters and blocklists based on findings and reports
3.4 Severity Levels

4. Reporting Violations
4.1 When to Report
- Content or behavior that violates this AUP
- Suspected CSAM, terrorism, or other critical violations
- AI impersonation, deepfakes, or infringement of your rights
- Any generated content you believe is unsafe or unlawful
4.2 Reporting Principles
- Confidentiality: reporter identity is kept confidential to the extent permitted by law
- Neutrality: reports are reviewed objectively
- Anti-abuse: malicious or knowingly false reports may be recorded and acted upon
5. How to Report
Users and third parties may report violating generated content through any of the following channels:

- What to include: the URL or page where the content appears, a description of the violation, relevant screenshots if available, and (if known) the generation ID, share link, or approximate time of generation
Urgent reports (CSAM, imminent harm, non-consensual deepfake sexual content): email [email protected] with subject URGENT — Safety Report. We prioritize these reports.
6. Response Timelines

Process: receive report → acknowledge → classify (L1–L4) → review (automated + human as needed) → decide → enforce → notify reporter when appropriate. If more time is needed, we will notify the reporter when practicable.

8. Appeals
If you disagree with an enforcement decision, you may appeal within 14 days of notice by emailing [email protected] with subject AUP Appeal, including your account email, the decision date, and why you believe the decision was incorrect. Appeals are reviewed by a team member who did not make the original decision when practicable. We aim to complete appeal reviews within 10 business days.
9. Policy Updates
- We may update this AUP as laws, model capabilities, and risk standards change
- Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date on this page
- Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP
